I am thrilled to share that Chamber Choir & Equos Treble Singers have been invited for a third consecutive year to perform at the Pacific Lutheran University Invitational Choral Festival on Friday, February 27th, 2026. Students will observe performances from other fine high school choirs from the Northwest, perform in the beautiful Lagerquist Concert Hall, and receive a special clinic with PLU faculty. Please review the information and itinerary below, then complete and sign the attached permission form. Forms must be turned into Mr. Fitzgerald by Wednesday, February 4th.
Arrival/Departure: Students should arrive to RHS between 5:45am-6:15am. Students will begin loading the bus at 6:00am. The bus will depart promptly at 6:15am in order for us to arrive on time. We will return to RHS between 3:30p-4:00p.
Clothing Expectations: Students should plan to arrive in their Redmond Choir quarter zip, jeans or dark pants, and shoes. This will serve as our performance attire. There will not be time built into the schedule for students to change in or out of these clothes.
Meals: Lunch will be at 12:35pm. Students will need to pack a cold lunch.
Chaperones: I am seeking two parent chaperones to accompany us for the day. Please reach out if you are available. There will be seats on the bus for you, or you can drive yourself.

Each year we invite some of the finest high school choirs in the Northwest to come together in the vibrant acoustics of Lagerquist Concert Hall. Our festival is intentionally informal and non-competitive. We seek to establish an atmosphere that encourages positive support and growth while maintaining high standards of performance. Each choir is allotted 20 minutes on stage—10 minutes of performance time and a 10-minute clinic, onstage, with one of our choral faculty. You may bring repertoire that you’ve already performed, something you’re working on for large ensemble contest, or something simply to try out in front of an audience!
