How do I purchase trip insurance?

Trip insurance must be purchased within 10 days of your initial deposit. After you make the initial deposit, log out and log back in. The link to purchase trip insurance is on your traveler homepage. Please be sure to review the slideshow for which fees are refundable under the insurance policy.

Do you need chaperones and if so, do chaperones need to pay?

This trip will require many chaperones! Email Director Fitzgerald if you are available to chaperone.  Chaperones must pay for their trip (same pricing schedule as students).

How do I earn money for my trip account (or can I check my trip account balance)?

In addition to the GiftLink option provided by the MusicTravel, the boosters are organizing opportunities to raise funds.  The first opportunity will be immediately when the school year begins. All students will be eligible to earn money for signing up corporate sponsors.  Corporate sponsors are local businesses that want to support the arts, like your eye dr, favorite mom-and-pop restaurant, or other local hangout. You will receive instructions the first week of school. There will be other opportunities as well. The amount of money you earn will depend upon the effort you put in!  The boosters will provide trip account balances at the beginning of school.
