The Sammamish Montessori School (SMS) has been proudly serving families in the Redmond community since 1977. For nearly five decades, SMS has provided a carefully prepared Montessori environment for children ages 18 months (Toddler) through 9 years (Lower Elementary) — nurturing curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. Accredited by the American Montessori Society (AMS), SMS upholds the highest standards of Montessori education.

With more than 250 students, 60 dedicated staff members, and over 25 credentialed Montessori Guides, the school blends the proven Montessori philosophy with enrichment opportunities in STEAM, Art, Spanish, Music, and more.
