 2026 Fundraising Timeline

Direct Sales - October 14 at RHS Fall Concert

Product available to purchase at Fall Concert. Purchase for your family, for gifts, or to sell to others. 

Online Sales - Nov 1 through Nov 29

• Students will receive their personal sales link before Nov. 1 and flyers for physical distribution.

• Students and families share the link online (email, text, social media) or in-person (flyers).

• Buyers purchase product for delivery by the student or Ship to Home.

  • Note: there is a relatively high Ship to Home cost per order, so families should encourage buyers to take advantage of student delivery where possible. The ordering site might not make it clear that Ship to Home costs extra, so be sure to explain that to your purchasers. 

• Product available for student pickup and home delivery at Winter Concert on Dec 9.

Buyer FAQs

• I would like to purchase Chukar Cherries but I don't know a student in Choir.

  • From the sales link, search for Redmond Choirs and make your purchase.  Proceeds are credited to the general fund. Be sure to provide detailed delivery information, such as your home address and phone, or your classroom number if you're a teacher. We will contact you to arrange pickup or delivery. 

• I received a link to purchase Chukar Cherries from someone I don't know well - how will they know to deliver to me?

  • In the space provided at checkout, please be as descriptive as necessary for the student to find you. You can provide your address or phone number, or other identiying information (music teacher, neighbor, clergy, employer, mom's job, dad's barber, etc.).

• There are products on the Ship to Home option that I would like to order for student delivery - how can I do that?

  • The only way to receive products designated for Ship to Home is to select that shipping option.  If you know other people who would like obtain products only available via Ship to Home, it might be cost effective to do a joint order and split the delivery fee mutiple ways. 

• I'm local to RHS but I would like to choose the Ship to Home option - can I do that? 

  • Yes, but be aware that there is a flat shipping cost. 

Seller FAQs

• I have family out of state that would like to purchase Chukar Cherries, but the Ship to Home cost is expensive - what are their options?

  • If you will see your family within a couple weeks of delivery, you could opt to bring their order to them (review customs rules prior to international travel). 

  • You could have their order delivered to you and then you can ship it to them using a more cost-effective method. Note that Chukar Cherries need to remain temperature-controlled, and deliveries to hot climates may be challenging.

  • You could suggest that your out of state family pool their orders and have the order delivered to one family member, who can distribute the orders locally.

• What do I need to do for student delivery?

  • Each order placed through you for student delivery will be packaged up individually by the Choir Board, with a packing slip that contains the name of the person who ordered, a list of the products they ordered, and any delivery or identifying information provided. 

  • You should verify that the order was packed correctly and then follow up with the person who ordered to make arrangements for delivery ASAP to ensure the product stays fresh. 

• What is a trip account and how does the credit work? 

  • You "earn" 40% of your sales. Following the fundraiser, the orders placed through your link are totalled up and 40% of the total amount is recorded in our Trip Account log. 

  • While you are enrolled in Choir, you will have several opportunities to participate in fundraisers where a portion of the processes is credited to your account - this adds up while you are at RHS. 

  • If you register for a Choir trip while at RHS, you will have the option to apply your balance to your trip before the final payment is due. We do not automatically credit your funds because you may choose to save your balance for a later trip, so be sure to request that the balance be applied. 

    • Trip funds may be used for expenses related to Honor Choir travel, but you must request the disbursement in advance in writing, and our Treasurer must pay the vendor/hotel directly - we do not disburse funds to students or their families, even as a reimbursement. 

  • If you graduate or leave RHS with a Trip Account balance, you may request in writing to have the balance transferred to a sibling, otherwise the funds will be transferred into the general booster fund. 

  • Trip funds are never distributed to families directly.
